It's still very good and absolutely worth getting. The majority of places it's used have had pretty small single digit nerfs, while bosses with very high defense (gwd / callisto / tekton) were hit pretty hard. And it's un-nerfed inside toa so you'll 100% want it there. See a comment here with some numbers for popular bosses.

Well lance doesn't have lunge, fang doesn't hit 62, idk what your target even is, so I expect it's not quite correct. That being said, fang does start to beat lance against some high def dragons like rune.
